DC Ranch is a 4,400-acre community located adjacent to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve in North Scottsdale. Inspired by the original beauty and authenticity of the land, DC Ranch is the result of thoughtful planning and careful consideration of how the elements that contribute to creating a community fit together. The community is composed of 25 diverse neighborhoods within four distinct villages that interact with shared open spaces to create the sense of living with the land.
